Job summary

IAS Recruitment Pty Ltd. is partnering with a globally recognised consumer electronics leader to source a Spare Parts Coordinator for their Scoresby team. This role focuses on ensuring spare parts reach the right people on time, supporting service teams and delivering excellent customer service.

You will coordinate parts orders, use SAP/CRM, and handle pricing, availability, and backorders while enjoying an attractive hourly rate and opportunities for long-term extension.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spare parts, order processing or customer service.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Confidence using computer systems (SAP experience is a bonus!).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spare parts orders and enquiries from service agents and customers.
• Process and track orders using SAP and CRM systems.
• Ensure parts are dispatched promptly and orders stay on track.
• Assist with parts identification, pricing and availability.
• Keep service teams informed of backorders and deliveries.
• Process credits and resolve order-related issues.
