Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join the NSW team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll support tenders, bids and opportunities across the business and work with Sales, Estimating, Design, Manufacturing and Projects teams.

This role offers a path into Bid Manager or Business Development positions and exposure to large-scale projects. Ideal candidates will bring strong administrative capability, curiosity and a desire to learn, with excellent communication

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination or bid coordination.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Profic strong digital literacy and MS Office skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Adobe Suite or tender platforms is valued.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender review meetings and support bid process from initiation to submission.
• Review tender docs to identify requirements, deadlines and response criteria.
• Assist in preparation and submission of high-quality tender responses.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect and submit information on time.
• Maintain bid schedules and submission timelines.
• Support lead generation and qualification of opportunities.
• Monitor tender portals for relevant opportunities for the sales team.
• Assist with data collection and maintenance of sales information.
