Qualifications

• 2–5+ years' bid/tender coordination experience.
• Background in construction, fitout, property, architecture or professional services.
• Strong writing and attention to detail.
• InDesign or similar software experience.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids from start to finish.
• Prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and presentations.
• Coordinate input from internal teams, consultants and suppliers.
• Manage bid registers, deadlines and submissions.
• Ensure documents meet brand and quality standards.
