Job summary

Ivory Group is seeking a meticulous Bid Coordinator in Sydney to support the bid strategy and ensure timely, high-quality submissions. You will work closely with the Commercial and Operations teams to deliver compliant tenders tailored to client requirements.

The role involves collaboration with bid, estimating, and construction teams, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of proposals and EOIs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a building or marketing-related discipline is preferable.
• Recent experience in a Bid Coordinator or Submissions role (ideally in the construction industry).
• Strong track record of stability with previous employers.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experienced using InDesign and MS Suites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid submissions, EOIs, and tenders tailored to client requirements.
• Coordinate marketing and tender submissions across teams.
• Control document versions and ensure compliant documentation.
• Attend and contribute to bid-related meetings.
• Prepare contractual documentation as part of submissions.
• Administer bid processes and timelines.
• Create visual content for proposals.
• Interact with clients during the submission process.
