Job summary

atWork Australia seeks an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the BI function and drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation. This 12-month contract focuses on reporting, analytics and data solutions that influence executive actions.

You will manage a team of five, develop Power BI dashboards, and partner with Finance and Operations to support commercial outcomes while advancing data maturity and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI, analytics or data management teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with exec level.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI function and a team of 5 direct reports.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and enterprise reports.
