Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our BI function on a national scale. This 12-month contract role combines leadership, commercial insight and technical expertise to deliver high-impact reporting and data solutions that influence executive decisions.

You will manage a team of 5 direct reports, develop enterprise dashboards in Power BI, drive data quality and governance, and collaborate with Finance, Operations and senior stakeholders to enable better business

Qualifications

• Extensive BI leadership experience.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI function across atWork Australia with 5 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Drive data quality, governance and a single source of truth approach.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Executives to support commercial outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities.
• Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing business requirements.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop BI team members while fostering a customer-focused culture.
• Support ongoing innovation, process improvement and data maturity across the business.
