Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the BI function nationwide on a 12-month contract. You will guide a team of five, develop dashboards and enterprise reporting, and drive a single source of truth across the business.

You will partner with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to enable forecasting, budgeting and performance analytics, while mentoring the BI team and advancing data maturity through innovation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in BI leadership roles.
• Strong SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Proven people leadership and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI function across atWork Australia and oversee a team of five.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance, and a single source of truth.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Executives to support commercial outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities.
• Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing business requirements.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Mentor and develop BI staff while fostering a customer-focused culture.
• Support innovation and data maturity across the business.
