Job summary

atWork Australia seeks a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the BI function across a national organisation. This 12-month contract combines leadership, commercial insight and technical expertise to deliver reporting, analytics and data solutions that inform executive decisions.

Based in any atWork Australia location, you will drive data strategy, governance and a single source of truth, while mentoring five direct reports and partnering with Finance and Operations to enable better

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading BI, analytics or data management teams.
Advanced SQL and data modelling capabilities.
Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
Proven ability to influence executives and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the BI function across a national organisation with 5 direct reports.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
Drive data quality, governance and a single source of truth.
Partner with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to support commercial outcomes.
Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities.
Mentor and develop BI team members while fostering a customer-focused culture.
Support ongoing innovation, process improvement and data maturity across the business.
