atWork Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation. This 12-month contract combines leadership, commercial insight, and technical expertise to deliver high-impact reporting, analytics, and data solutions that influence executive decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the BI function across atWork Australia and manage 5 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance and a single source of truth.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Executives to enable outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities.
• Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing requirements.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights for strategic decisions.
• Mentor BI team members and foster customer-focused culture.
• Support innovation and data maturity across the business.
