Job summary

Halter in Australia is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Hunter Valley region, acting as an on-ground ambassador and closing deals. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, build relationships with beef producers, and collaborate with Product and Support to ensure customer success.

Frequent travel is required within the territory; base location can be anywhere in Hunter Valley with a proactive, outcome-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Value-based sales experience with a track record of closing deals and building relationships.
Deep knowledge of beef operations and willingness to learn quickly in farm environments.
Energetic, results-driven and able to work under pressure with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and expansion to source new leads and manage full sales pipeline.
Hit high growth targets by qualifying, demoing the product and negotiating contracts.
Maintain customer relationships post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and onboarding.
Own territory relationships with agricultural groups and industry stakeholders.
Support end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Halter’s solutions.
Gather customer feedback and share field insights with Support, Product and R&D.
Collaborate with Support to resolve customer issues quickly.
