Job summary

Sharp and Carter is partnering with a fast-growing HR and workforce management SaaS business to hire a proactive Business Development Manager in Australia. You will learn the full sales cycle, build your own pipeline, and develop long-term relationships with business owners across Australia.

Initially, the role focuses on outbound activity, prospecting, and generating opportunities. You will book meetings, manage every stage of the sales process, and progress toward strong earnings and career

Qualifications

Proven track record in outbound B2B sales.
Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and engaging business owners through outbound sales activity.
Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
Booking and conducting product demonstrations.
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
Developing new business opportunities through referrals and self-generated leads.
Maintaining accurate records and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
Delivering a consultative sales approach that adds value to every client interaction.
Consistently working towards individual sales and revenue targets.
