Citation Group’s Citation HR Sales team is hiring a Business Development Manager to own a high-impact pipeline across Australia and New Zealand, delivering engaging demonstrations of our HR advisory services and the enableHR platform.

You’ll generate your own leads, chase opportunities with a genuine hunter mindset, and close complex deals while building strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders. This role offers uncapped commission and clear growth prospects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a BDM role.
• SaaS or tech sales background essential.
• Salesforce proficiency; HubSpot a plus.
• Hunter mentality—target-driven and self-sufficient.
• Consultative selling approach with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-impact pipeline end-to-end across Australia and New Zealand.
• Run engaging demonstrations of our HR advisory services and the enableHR platform.
• Generate a solid chunk of your own leads—a true hunter role.
• Develop sharp, commercially-sound proposals, pricing and contracts.
• Represent Citation HR and enableHR at events, webinars and trade shows.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to steer go-to-market strategy.
