Citation Group in Sydney is seeking a high-energy Sales professional to join our HR tech sales team. You will own an end-to-end pipeline across Australia and New Zealand, running product demos of enableHR and advisory services, and shaping proposals to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a BDM role.
• SaaS or tech sales background essential.
• Solid Salesforce skills; HubSpot knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-impact pipeline end-to-end across Australia and New Zealand.
• Run engaging demonstrations of the enableHR platform and HR advisory services.
• Generate own leads in a true hunter role.
• Prepare sharp, commercially-sound proposals, pricing and contracts.
• Represent Citation HR at events, webinars and trade shows.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to steer GTM strategy.
