Job summary

Heritage Bank Limited, operating as People First Bank, invites applications for a Customer Service Consultant in Elizabeth. You will be the welcoming face, handling transactions and delivering consistently high-quality service to customers.

You will build relationships, identify the best banking solutions, and help customers use digital tools while contributing to a collaborative branch team with a 15–32 hour per week roster.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity.
• Experience in delivering customer service.
• Comfortable learning new digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactional needs and enquiries.
• Engage in in-depth conversations to identify suitable solutions.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and initiate referrals to lending specialists when appropriate.
• Guide customers in using digital banking services.
• Prioritise and complete tasks accurately in a busy branch environment.
• Navigate multiple systems and software programs.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive branch atmosphere.
