People First Bank is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for our Knox Branch in Melbourne. This flexible part-time role (15–32 hours per week) offers a rotating roster and a pathway to help customers with everyday banking and digital services. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and service excellence.

You will welcome customers, build relationships, and contribute to a positive branch environment while supporting colleagues across the team.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity.
• Comfortable learning new digital systems and tools.
• Willingness to participate in training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with transactional needs and enquiries.
• Engage in conversations to identify suitable solutions for customers.
• Build relationships and refer to lending specialists when appropriate.
• Support customers in using digital banking services.
• Prioritise and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Navigate multiple systems and software programs.
• Be part of a collaborative branch team.
