• Maintaining consistency and quality across all products
• Shaping, mixing and baking a variety of dough. Must be proficient with making Sourdough.
• Working closely with kitchen and retail teams to meet daily production needs
• Managing stock rotation, ingredient prep, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace
• Bringing ideas, creativity, and pride to everything you bake
