Job summary

Little Sister Bakery Melbourne in Braeside, VIC is seeking an experienced Baker to join our production team.

You will mix, shape and bake breads and bakery products, work with fresh dough and ingredients, follow recipes and schedules, operate commercial bakery equipment, and maintain quality and food safety standards. Early mornings and weekend availability are required. This is a full-time role with a supportive team and growth opportunities within an expanding bakery.

Little Sister Bakery is a growing artisanal bakery producing fresh breads, pastries and baked goods across our retail stores and wholesale operation.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Baker to join our production team in Braeside.

The Role

Mixing, shaping and baking breads and bakery products

Working with fresh doughs and quality ingredients

Following recipes and production schedules

Operating commercial bakery equipment

Taking ownership of your products and maintaining consistent quality

About You
