Peninsula Australia is hiring 6 Inside Sales Representatives in Sydney CBD to drive outbound B2B sales and book high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers. You will build strong client relationships, maintain Salesforce, and hit daily KPIs in a competitive, supportive environment.

This role offers a clear path to senior sales roles with extensive onboarding, comprehensive training and opportunities for international conferences, bonuses and enhanced leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based or face-to-face sales.
• Ability to book high-quality appointments and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound, B2B phone calls with business owners and directors across Australia to understand their people and safety challenges.
• Book high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Build strong relationships with prospects, clients and field-based team.
• Keep Salesforce CRM up to date with accurate notes.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPI targets.
