Job summary

Zoho is seeking a Technical Records Engineer for a 6-Month Contract in Mascot, New South Wales. The role involves scanning and sorting airline records and converting them into digital images for upload to the Flydocs platform.

Strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and aviation records experience are required, with the ability to travel for domestic onsite scanning projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a year’s records management administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Experience within the aviation industry.
• Knowledge of scanning software such as Capture Perfect and Capture One Pro.

Responsibilities

• Scan and sort high volumes of airline records and convert to digital images.
• Audit incoming physical records and report discrepancies to the client.
• Maintain scanner equipment and ensure image quality and correct settings.
• Upload digital images to the Flydocs platform.
• Travel domestically for onsite scanning projects.
