Job summary

QantasLink, part of the Qantas Group, seeks a Technical Records Officer to keep aircraft maintenance records accurate and compliant in a Perth-based team. This 24-month fixed-term role supports regulatory, business and operational requirements and ensures documentation is processed, reviewed and stored properly.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and other teams to support continuing airworthiness by keeping records complete and accessible to key stakeholders when

Qualifications

• Experience in technical records, aviation records, maintenance administration, or a similar administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and ensure documentation is processed, reviewed, and stored in line with regulatory, business and operational requirements.
• Assist with review and management of technical documentation, data entry, record updates and reporting activities.
• Support continuing airworthiness by ensuring records are complete, compliant and available to key stakeholders when required.
• Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and operational teams to ensure records are accurate and accessible.
