Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Sydney is seeking a Facilities Coordinator with Audio Visual experience to support conference rooms and PoE lighting. You will ensure AV systems operate smoothly, coordinate room setups, and assist clients and cross-functional teams with technical issues.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in client service, familiarity with WebEx, PoE, and building automation, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a client/customer service-oriented environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office in an office environment.
• Familiarity with integrated AV systems.
• Familiarity with PoE technology.
• Strong working knowledge of video conferencing platforms (WebEx).
• Familiarity with PoE standards.
• Basic understanding of building automation and control systems.
• Electronics troubleshooting skills with ability to determine and localize problems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove technical support for internal and client meetings.
• Proactively monitor and manage conference room booking systems.
• Review standard setup specifications for meetings and conferences.
• Ensure proper setup of configurable rooms per specifications.
• Troubleshoot PoE gateways, drivers, sensors, switches/panels, and fixtures.
• Create and manage support tickets in ESP/ServiceNow.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation and asset records.
