Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator for our Sydney, NSW on-site team. You will oversee daily facilities operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance of M&E systems to support occupant experiences and safety.

The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, BMS, and critical infrastructure, with flexibility for shift hours when required. Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders are essential for smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of building operations experience in critical infrastructure.
• Experience with HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical systems and BMS.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends as required.
• Excellent communication in English and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Daily facilities inspections and management of work orders (WOs).
• Oversee maintenance with external vendors for preventive and corrective tasks.
• Monitor M&E equipment, alarms, and energy systems; escalate issues.
• Provide on-site support for occupants, IT, and operations with clear handovers.
• Maintain records, asset histories and documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals).
