Job summary

Round Table Recruitment Pty Ltd seeks a Senior AV Installation Team Lead to oversee video conferencing, LED displays, and collaboration spaces across corporate, education and government sectors. You will manage a team of technicians, mentor juniors, and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure installations meet expectations.

Experience with AMX, Creston, Extron, Cisco, Poly and related cabling/Electrical work is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Video Conferencing and AV installations.
• Experience with electrical, cabling, Telco, or IT installations.
• Client-facing role with installation projects and ability to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV installation across multiple projects (corporate, education, government).
• Mentor and guide junior staff and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform field quality control, cable rough-ins, and service fit-outs as part of project delivery.
• Represent the company to clients for end-to-end installation success across various industries.

Large multi disciplined communications provider with offices across every state in Australia and a history spanning back over 50 years are looking to make a key hire within their NSW team.

The company works with a large range of government departments and agencies, providing audio visual solutions across local, state and federal government, alongside high end commercial and corporate clients.

The Role:

A Senior AV Installation Team Lead required to work across multiple projects, mainly corporate, education, and government bodies alongside a team of technicians / installers. You will be responsible for installations of video conferencing, visual displays, custom LED video walls and modern workplace collaboration spaces. You will manage and mentor junior staff and be responsible for full projects of installation alongside Project Managers to ensure work is delivered in line with expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience in Video Conferencing, Audio Visual and Control systems such as AMX, Creston, Extron, Cisco and Poly.
• Experience in Audio Visual installations and technical experience (Electrical, cabling, Telco, or IT installations also considered)
• Field quality control, cable rough ins and service fit outs all fall under your responsibilities
• You will be client facing, representing the business to complete full installations across a range of industries
• Experience with a range of hand tools / Electrical license would be ideal
