The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical systems, and BMS, with flexible hours and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of building operations experience in critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, and BMS systems.
• Flexibility to shift hours; English communication skills.
• Vendor coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facilities inspections and manage work orders.
• Monitor M&E equipment, BMS alarms, and uptime.
• Coordinate with security, dining, and landlords to ensure service consistency.
• Mobilize vendors for preventive maintenance and PM planning.
• Maintain asset records and documentation.
• Respond to M&E emergencies and report updates.
