Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in client/customer service environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office in an office setting.
• Familiarity with integrated AV systems and PoE technology.
• Strong knowledge of video conferencing platforms (WebEx).
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove technical support for meetings.
• Monitor conference room booking systems.
• Ensure proper setup of rooms per specifications.
• Troubleshoot PoE lighting and AV equipment.
• Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow.
• Maintain conference room standards and cleanliness.
