Job summary

Dove Automotive Pty Ltd in Kilmore Toyota is seeking a friendly Service Receptionist to greet customers, book services, and coordinate repairs with a focus on great customer experiences.

You’ll be the first point of contact for service customers, updating them on progress and ensuring efficient, professional service with a dash of mechanical know-how. Full training provided and local work nearby.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Mechanical knowhow or automotive experience is a big plus
• Super organised with attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and willingness to pick up new systems
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Scheduling service and repair appointments and managing vehicle check-ins/outs.
• Organising customer quotes for service and repairs.
• Following up on customer enquiries and ensuring timely responses.
• Keeping customer records up to date.
• Helping out with general admin tasks as needed.
