Qualifications

• Prior experience in admin, reception and/or customer service roles.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to organise and manage time in a busy environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and general computer proficiency.
• A current driver’s license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Attending to phone calls and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.
• Accurately processing service bookings in the system.
• Submitting special purchase orders in collaboration with the service department.
• Supporting other admin activities and data entry as required.
