Mentone Toyota Service Department in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to warmly greet customers, discuss necessary services, and manage bookings efficiently. You will communicate clearly, build rapport with clients and colleagues, and thrive in a busy environment.

Mentone Toyota Service Department is a busyand energetic environment with a constant flow of customers that will be seeking your help & guidance. Our goal is to provide our customers with a superior service experience by promptlyattending to their questions, and bookingsin an efficient and courteous manner.If you are not currently in a Service Advisor role we are more than happy to fully train someone for this position.

It is for this reason we require someone who has the the following:

It can get busy at times so you will need to be able to handle multiple customer queries, bookings, and service requests in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

The Role
