Warrnambool Auto Group's Nissan, Chery & Kia Showroom is seeking a customer focused Automotive Service Receptionist/Concierge to join our friendly team. You will be well presented, professional and proactive, with excellent communication and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.

In this role you will answer inbound contacts, process repair orders, quotes, invoices and payments, resolve customer issues quickly, and assist with sales and bookings of service and repairs.

The successful candidate will;

• Display strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
• Demonstrate well developed written and spoken communication skills
• Work effectively in a small team environment
• Hold a current, valid, Australian drivers license
• Manage service parking
