Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, by phone and email with a warm, professional approach
• Assist with scheduling service bookings and appointments
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs
• Act as the key link between customers and Sales and Service teams
• Clearly communicate recommendations, timelines and costs
• Keep customers updated throughout the sales and service process
• Handle enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Assist with day to day administration across the dealership, working with the Office Manager
