Job summary

Northeast Auto Group's Toyota dealership in Port Augusta is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You will create a welcoming, professional experience from the moment people walk in or call the dealership, working closely with Sales, Service and other teams to ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Reception, administration or customer service experience essential.

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Current driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors entering the dealership.
• Manage a busy phone switchboard and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Welcome customers and provide a warm, friendly and professional experience.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Sales, Service or dealership team member.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and meeting rooms.
• Assist with general administrative and office duties.
• Accurately record and manage customer information and interactions.
• Support the Sales and Service teams with day-to-day administration.
• Assist with customer appointments and enquiries.
• Work as part of the wider dealership team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
