Jowett Motor Group in Doncaster (Eastern Honda and Chery) is seeking a Service Concierge to greet customers, coordinate appointments, and ensure a seamless service journey from arrival to completion.

You will liaise with service advisors and workshop staff to communicate customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Formación

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The highest possible standard of customer service skills.
• Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service positions.
• The ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and manage all service customers as they arrive.
• Address queries and provide assistance, or direction in a courteous and professional manner.
• Liaise with Service Advisors and workshop staff to communicate customer needs, requirements or updates.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist, or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere.
• Administrative support as required.
• Ensuring all customers receive the highest standard of service.
