Job summary

SkyGeo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build long-term relationships with customers across the Asia-Pacific region. You will own the customer relationship from onboarding through renewal, ensuring customers gain maximum value from SkyGeo's InSAR solutions and services.

Collaborate with Geoscience Consultants, Sales, Data Analytics and Product teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience, identify growth opportunities and drive retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Account Management or similar.
• Experience with technical B2B products and data-driven services.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with SkyGeo customers across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Lead onboarding and help users adopt SkyGeo's products and services.
• Maintain regular contact through the lifecycle and proactively identify support needs.
• Understand customer objectives and connect them with SkyGeo expertise.
• Help customers expand use of InSAR and improve value from products.
• Contribute to renewal rate and net revenue retention.
• Identify opportunities for account growth with Sales and technical teams.
• Coordinate customer training, guidance and support with Geoscience Consultants.
• Track engagement, adoption and satisfaction to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and improve CS processes, materials and metrics as APAC grows.
• Bring customer feedback into SkyGeo and collaborate to improve the experience.
