Sensiba LLP in Australia seeks a Manager, Customer Success to lead the APAC & EMEA CS teams, guide governance, risk, and compliance clients from onboarding to renewal, and stay hands-on with key engagements.

You will balance people leadership with strategic oversight, drive retention and growth, collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and MSP partners, and shape the CS strategy for a designated portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Customer Success or similar role, ideally in professional services/audit/compliance.
• Proven people-management experience with coaching and performance reviews.
• Strong CRM and workflow/tool proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead APAC CSM team and oversee regional retention metrics.
• Own renewal cycles and client portfolio management during transitions.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to drive growth and pricing feedback.
• Develop and implement a regional Customer Success strategy across APAC/EMEA.
