Job summary

Seismic is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of APAC customers from our International Post-Sales team in Sydney. You will build strong relationships, drive value, and partner with Sales for renewals and expansions.

You will deliver Mutual Success Plans, Solution Health Reviews, and Strategic Business Reviews, while working with Deployment Consultants, TAMs, Support, and Professional Services to optimize solutions and realize ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar post-sales role (SaaS/enterprise).
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with APAC customers, delivering critical milestones (Mutual Success Plans, Health Reviews, Strategic Business Reviews).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Deployment, TAMs, Support, Pro Services) to optimize solutions and drive ROI.
• Translate customer feedback into insights for product/feature enhancements and ensure renewal/expansion opportunities.
