Job summary

Klaviyo in APAC seeks a strategic leader to build and run the Customer Success function across Asia Pacific. You will own retention, adoption, expansion, and customer experience, guiding managers and CS teams to scale with the region.

You will work with senior leaders, including the C-suite, to drive performance across the customer journey, using data and AI to optimize outcomes at scale. This is a high-impact leadership role in Sydney with travel.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Customer Success in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• 7+ years of experience managing managers or team leads.
• Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy; SaaS MarTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC region and Customer Success function, shaping strategy.
• Build and develop multiple Customer Success teams across locations.
• Drive retention, expansion, renewal, and advocacy metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Services, Support, Onboarding, Finance, Product and Marketing.
• Use data and AI to inform renewal and expansion strategies.
