SLR Consulting Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Lead to join Tyton/Spectrum Ecology & Spatial in our Leederville office. You will drive adoption of Tyton across a growing network of ecologists, support pre‑sales, onboard new clients and deliver ongoing success.

You will work with ecologists, environmental teams and major organisations, traveling across the APAC region as needed and shaping a scalable customer success function within a global technology product.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ professional experience in customer success, implementation, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Ability to shape how customer success should work while delivering it hands‑on.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across customers, ecologists, sales and product teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Comfort with software, data and workflows and quickly learning new tools.

Aufgaben

• Drive adoption of Tyton across our ecologist network with training, workflows and internal champions.
• Support pre‑sales, qualify opportunities, understand customer needs and demonstrate value of Tyton.
• Own onboarding, configure accounts and workflows so customers become confident platform users.
• Support ongoing customer success and triage technical issues as needed.
• Deliver product demonstrations and create training materials and guides.
