Job summary

StorHub Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney to help drive sales and deliver industry-leading service. You will work alongside the Store Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue targets while maintaining a safe, well-presented facility.

You should bring experience in retail or customer service, with leadership capabilities and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a part-time leadership role with a Tuesday to Saturday roster and opportunities for

Qualifications

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or similar environment.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
Confident in achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create outstanding customer experiences.
Help customers find the right storage solution for their needs.
Convert enquiries into rentals while promoting StoreProtect and other products.
Support the Store Manager to achieve sales, occupancy and revenue targets.
Maintain a clean, safe and secure facility for customers.
