Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for a Belrose store in Sydney's northern suburbs. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive store operations and sales performance in a high-volume environment.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, delivering personalised customer experiences, coaching staff, and upholding a culture of engagement, growth and sustainable revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, customer-centric Supervisory/Assistant Store Manager role
• Large format, high-volume retail experience
• Strong commercial acumen
• Fashion or trend-orientated with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation
• Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability

Responsibilities

• Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs and targets
• Leading from the front and setting the standard across the sales floor
• The ability to support the Store Manager in the overall running of the store and leading teams to consistently achieve revenue targets
• Consultative selling with the ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
• Creating, collaborating and implementing ideas to improve store trade
• Delegating and driving team productivity
• Representing the brand with genuine passion and enthusiasm

The Opportunity As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive the operational and sales performance of your store.
