Universal Store is seeking a driven and inspiring retail leader for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role in Shellharbour City, NSW. You will work a Sunday–Thursday roster and partner with the Store Manager to mirror responsibilities, guiding the team to deliver great customer experiences.

This role emphasizes coaching, merchandise presentation, stock control, and achieving sales targets while upholding Universal Store values and culture.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
