StorHub Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time leadership role at our Canberra store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

The role involves coaching sales staff, handling daily duties, and taking ownership in the manager's absence. We offer a supportive team culture, ongoing training, and career progression within a fast-growing national self-storage business.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Confident in achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Help customers find the right storage solution for their needs.
• Convert enquiries into rentals while promoting StoreProtect and other add-ons.
• Support the Store Manager to achieve sales, occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe and secure facility.
• Complete daily administration, cash handling and operational tasks.
• Coach and support Store Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding results.
• Take ownership of the centre in the Store Manager's absence.
• Build strong relationships with customers and resolve enquiries professionally.
