Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Chatswood store in NSW. You will support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense, and you will take ownership of the store two days a week, leading the team and driving performance.

We offer an attractive OTE up to $85,000 including base, super and bonuses, plus a glasses allowance, hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at a supervisor or management level.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance.
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable.
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time.
