Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in our Chapel Street store. You will lead a team, support eye-test-to-frame processes, and own store performance two days a week.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-growing brand. The ideal candidate has retail or optics supervisory experience, is a confident leader, and is excited to develop others while fostering a customer-first culture.

• Experience in retail or optics at supervisor or management level.
• Available to work full-time on Sunday to Thursday roster.

What you’ll be doing

As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time
