Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Guest Services Officer to welcome guests during the night, manage front desk activities, and support late arrivals and early departures.

The role reports to the Front Desk Manager within the Rooms Division and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently overnight, including weekends and holidays. Experience with OPERA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, guest services, night audit or hotel operations.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to work independently overnight and on weekends/public holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial/admin tasks.
• Organised with good time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during overnight shifts, handling check-ins/outs, inquiries and special requests.
• Complete overnight operational duties, including night audit procedures and guest account reconciliation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns and emergencies.
• Monitor hotel activity overnight and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation for the next day’s operations.
