Job summary

Redcape Hospitality is seeking Assistant Managers for Taylor Square Precinct, including Courthouse Hotel and Kinselas. You will oversee operations across bar, bistro, gaming and entertainment, leading a team and ensuring top guest experiences. This role offers structured onboarding and opportunities to advance within Redcape’s 50+ venues.

You’ll manage shifts, coach staff, and maintain safety and service standards while growing your leadership skills in a vibrant Sydney nightlife setting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or higher in hospitality
• Strong guest service and team coaching abilities
• Availability for opens, mids, closes including weekends/public holidays
• Hands-on approach with food, beverage and gaming knowledge

Redcape Hospitality is looking for Assistant Managers to join Taylor Square Precinct, home to Courthouse Hotel and Kinselas. From busy pub service to late-night events, you’ll lead across bar, bistro, gaming and entertainment, building your experience across two distinctive venues.

What we’re looking for
