Job summary

Gladstone Hotel in Dulwich Hill is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the team and elevate guest experiences in a busy pub setting. You will drive service excellence on the floor and help shape a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

As Manager on Duty, you’ll oversee venue operations, maintain standards, coach staff, handle cash reconciliations and ensure safety and responsible gaming across shifts. This role offers growth within Redcape’s multi-venue network.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a busy pub or hotel.
• Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge.
• A customer-first leader who enjoys the floor and brings out the best in the team.
• A creative, driven mindset: you bring ideas and own what sets a venue apart.
• Availability across opens, mids and closes, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG (ARCG highly regarded).
