Redcape Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager at Flagstone Tavern in Logan City, QLD. You’ll work with the Venue Manager, lead shifts and support the team in delivering great local hospitality.

You’ll help shape guest experiences and drive service excellence across bar, bistro and gaming. Ideal candidates are hospitality professionals ready to learn, grow and advance their careers, with hands-on leadership and a passion for great service.

What we’re looking for

• A supervisor ready to step up—or an experienced manager ready to make their next move count
• A hospitality professional driven to learn, grow and advance their career
• A passion for great service and bringing out the best in your team
• Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge, with a hands-on approach
• Available for a mix of shifts, with some weekend and public holiday availability
• Current QLD RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, with CLO highly regarded.
