Job summary

Redcape Hospitality is seeking Assistant Managers for Taylor Square Precinct, including Courthouse Hotel and Kinselas. You will oversee operations across bar, bistro, gaming and entertainment, leading a team and ensuring top guest experiences. This role offers structured onboarding and opportunities to advance within Redcape’s 50+ venues.

You’ll manage shifts, coach staff, and maintain safety and service standards while growing your leadership skills in a vibrant Sydney nightlife setting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or higher in hospitality
• Strong guest service and team coaching abilities
• Availability for opens, mids, closes including weekends/public holidays
• Hands-on approach with food, beverage and gaming knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to create memorable guest experiences
• Act as Manager on Duty overseeing operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Coach staff to grow and take initiative
• Handle cash, reconciliations and daily reporting
• Uphold RSA, RCG and ARCG compliance and safety standards
