Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate real estate or facilities fields.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Facilities, or Trade-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage occupier/client relationships, delivering customer and property services across the portfolio.
• Conduct regular building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client contracts and facilities procedures.
• Coordinate with facilities vendors and oversee works with the Projects & Development Services team.
• Monitor Help Desk outputs to meet KPIs and service level targets.
• Support facilities-related projects within budgets and plans.
