You will manage relationships with occupiers, conduct inspections, and work with vendors to ensure service levels meet contract obligations, while contributing to performance reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven facilities or corporate real estate experience.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with diverse client staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to generate clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and proactively manage relationships with occupiers and clients, delivering comprehensive services across your portfolio.
• Conduct regular building inspections and produce detailed reports within governance timeframes.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee facilities works with project teams.
• Monitor Help Desk outputs and achieve KPIs and SLAs.
• Support facilities-related projects within budgets and plans.
